When we can help

You can request a refund if a wish hasn't completed as expected, if you've been charged twice by mistake, or if something went wrong on our end. We review each request carefully.

Deadlines

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. For digital products, we consider each case individually.

How to request

Write to us at support@wishminter.com with a short message and, if you have it, your order details. We respond as soon as possible.

What happens next

If we approve a refund, we return the money in the same way you paid. The display time depends on your bank or card. We'll keep you informed.
